GlassGlow Remix

Ok procrastination is the worst sin! I have been working on this theme for ages and completed it a while ago, but just never uploaded it. It is based from hirawan's GlassGlow RC1 but with a few modifications.

Restored the max, min, close button to their original colours (buttons only appear when hovered over btw)
Fixed a problem with one of the image files for the address bar (when selected in ie the background was black and made the input text practically impossible to see)
Modified the start orb to Windows 7 from ganesh-india (dam nice orb man)
Square corners
Changed the progress bars (now look nice and glassy)
Decreased the black colour of the start menu to make it look more transparent
Modified shell from Aero 4074 Remix for Vista by sahtel08
Background = Destiny - Good vs Evil by keepwalking07
